From City trader to yoga teacher

A yoga teacher has said leaving his high-powered job as a London City trader after 30 years was the best thing he has ever done.

Guy Edwards has run a yoga studio from his home in Tonbridge, Kent, for the last eight years.

He said: "Leaving the City undoubtedly helped my mental health. Yoga made me a happier, more peaceful person."

I am extremely proud to announce that in October 2023 marks the nineth anniversary of Yardley Yoga.  I have come a long way from the early days of practicing yoga using my old City work ties and lying on carpeted flooring.  With this said, none of this would have been achievable without my loyal students who have joined me on this enriching journey. Thank you.
